A memory leak has to do the programing of a certain program, not with the hardware of the unit. Debug and see if you can see someting in the code that doesn't look right. There is developers tools out there you can get for free, to use for debugging.
This is a trend we are seeing with software manufactures: They use the end-users as their QA department. Then they just send out patches.
