it'll show the dropped frames when you stop the video or when it finishes playing. it'll pop up a window showing the info .. i.e. dropped frames and total frames. you should get well over 99% of your frames played if you've encoded the video in something that isn't full screen (e.g. 240x160), and even in landscape mode (320 width with the video rottated) you should get very little dropped frames. of course this depends on the quality of the video. if you go over 300kbit you'll prolly start to see more dropped frames.
