I reformatted it a bunch of times (on the axim itself). It would look fine, accept about 30-40mb about 70% of the time (sometimes less) then 'fill up' on any other attempt to add a file. I gave up and returned it, barring a nice sale on some other brand they'll be no mst3k episodes for me. Oh well, I guess I could always read an e-book. Thank you for the suggestions, I'll just dodge Sandisk from now on.
(You'd think I'd know better after that 64mb mmc died on me :P )
