Yes, the Axim is securely in the cradle. Like I said, I
can connect for a couple minutes. Then, it drops the connection and I can't reconnect. That's when I get that error message. I've tried both Activesync 3.5 and 3.6.....but neither seems to make much difference. I don't have any other USB devices connected, and the drivers seem to be installed correctly. Device Manager shows my Dell Axim under USB devices. Maybe the cradle is bad or there is a software conflict. Those are the only things I can think of. And I refuse to buy new hardware just to make this thing work......
