I have an Axim 400 that was working fine with ActiveSync 3.5. I upgraded the ROM to the A3 rev, and now it will only sync the first time after I do a soft reset.

I get the WinXP thud when it sees the Axim connect, but I don't get the high pitched tinkle on either the PPC or the desktop machine.

I tried deleted and re-establishing the association and also upgrading to ActiveSync 3.7, but still the same.

Does anyone have any ideas? Maybe it will be fixed when I finally receive my 2003 upgrade from Dell.
