There is a very simple solution if your Axim is not changing to the channels you have chosen through Avantgo's website. Follow these steps and you should be ok.
1. Go to www.avantgo.com
2. Log inot Avantgo (using menu in upper right hand corner)
3. Once logged in, click on the "My Account" tab on the right side.
4. Click "Software configuration" under the "Avantgo Software" heading on the menu on the right
5. Make sure you Axim is put into the cradle (or sync cable)
6. Click "Configure Device" button on the left side.
7. Follow onscreen instructions.
8. Sync you device with Avantgo through Active sync.
Thats it folks....
