I don't think it does. Going from Newbie to Memeber to Super Member has not made a difference for me. The only ones who have super powers here are the mods and of course, the Administrator. It seems to be just more of a measurement of participation level. Note, participation level does not equal Axim knowledge, anyone can be a post cowboy and boost their stats. Of course, there are those who have abused and been booted...
