Yeah, I'll admit I'm pretty damn disillusioned with the whole thing now too. It's pretty amazing how Dell managed to completely screw this up. Especially when they came out of the gate so strongly in being one of the first to offer WM 2003.

All I can say is that I think this is their last chance with me. If they can't deliver this time around I can't see any way I'd feel comfortable buying another Dell PDA product in the future. There simply is no excuse at this point (and even now I think I'm cutting them a few miles of slack
