Have you just installed any new software?


I'd do a backup, hard reset and see if it's fast again.

If it is then it's just a software issue. If not then it's probably a hardware/ROM problem.

If it looks like a software issue you can then restore and see if it still has a problem. If it does then you've restored your problem. If not then you're laughing.

If you're restored your problem you could then try to remove the programs one by one starting with the most recently installed and see if there is any change.

You haven't changed memory cards, software of hardware?
