Another registry tweak. Go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\PMail\MessageStore\

Change the "AttsOnCard" value to 1 to make it use a storage card. Then find the value called "AttsDir" in the same key. Copy that value (don't change it) and then use File Explorer to create a folder on your memory card with that same name.

Warning - if you do this and then remove the memory card or delete the folder you created on it, the next time Outlook tries to save an email attachment, it will hang and require a soft reset.
