1) the Axim supports CF for I/O and memory; and SD for memory only. So the general concensus is to use SD for memory and CF for wifi.

2) Sure can. But all my memory is on SD. When you install an App through AS it will give you that choice.

3) Larger card tend to often be faster I think... Mainly because of the technology advances required to increase their capacity often has other benefits. Don't quote me on that.

4) Don't know, sorry.

No know PPC viruses in circulation that I've seen. Whether scanning on the PC would be effective or not, I would think NOT, since the executable will be for a different processor set.
