Hi,

I am thinking about buying an Axim, but I have a question. How does the navigation pad work for gaming? I read a review on one sight that said the pad can only go up/down and left/right, but not diagonal. Is this true. If so, how do you make "diagonal" moves in games? Or can you only go up/down and left/right.

Thanks
There isn't a separate diagonal receptor, but up and right at the same time, just like it was on the old NES, and other platforms with such Direction Pads, two directions and once is interpreted as diagonal, so you should be fine :)

some poeple have had problems with them sticking in one direction or flaking out, I have experienced this from time to time, but it can be solved by simply making a half turn in the opposite direction if it happens, but I play interstellar flames (3D arcade space shooter) and Argentum (strategy game), as well as tetris and classic board games (that don't need the D-Pad) fine on the axim :)
