I placed an order for the upgrade CD and last week I got an invoice type letter in the mail telling me that my order for the upgrade CD had been canceled. Now when I go on the Dell website I can't find anything about the upgrade CD. Has anyone got a good web address to get me back to the upgrade CD again? Also, since I am running Windows 2002 what is the highest ROM AO version that I can install AND is it worth doing it before I get the upgrade?
