Axim on order - 2 weeks to go (and counting)........ must prep!!!

Just wondering if anyone has any advice on any "must do's" as soon as Axim is recieved? For example, any 'gotta-do' OS Patches (I assume from Dell, not MS - any URL's?)? What about the "D-Button Patch" (or as someone in the forums said - "The Fix for the D-Button patch..or is it a patch for the fix??"). Any "must-have" utilities? (Analogy - Pre WinXP, WinZip was a must have for Windows). I'm sure you get the idea.... would really appreciate anyone posting an idiot's ( ;) ) guide!!!

How about a "Pinned" post in one of the Forums for an "Axim post-delivery, before you start using it" Guide?
