Jeff, you quoted everything from my post except the one thing that contradicts yours...
My intention wasn't to start a war of words between 2002 'upgraders' and 2003 'patchers', but there really is a difference. There is a reported performance enhancement from 2002 to 2003 which I'm sure you're anxious for (and entitled to if you were promised the upgrade), but the A04 version of 2003 is
defective and performs significantly worse, in some cases nearly unusable - (tell your boss you can't schedule a meeting for 15-20 seconds while transcriber 'hangs') than 2002.
Yes, I too hope that everyone gets their disks as quickly as possible...maybe when we're all on A05 we can join hands & sing Kumbaya :)
