Depends on your term of "more powerful." I agree that MS DICT is nice, and expandable to other languages, thesaurus, etc. However it contains 90,000 entries in the English dictionary version, versus Lextionary's 144,308 entries. I guess it really depends on how much you want it to do. For just English dictionary use, I think Lextionary has a huge lead just because of the greater amount of entries.
