Mobility Site - View Single Post

I downloaded a couple Today themes that I found on Microsoft's website. They have an extension of .tsk. I do not know how to get this moved to the Axim so I can choose the theme. Any help? I can't find any on Microsoft's site (now why isn't that a surprise?).
