You can just copy them using ActiveSync to the Windows folder on your Axim and select them from the Settings, Today, Appearance (tab) (note the file location can actually be anywhere but the Windows folder is the default location. The "Today" settings may also be different on WM03 so hopefully if it is, someone with that OS will point you the right way).
