Let me track my do for you with Dell Customer support.
Called in this morning told my order was delayed b/c of a vendor problem?????????? Questioned that and then was told some of my parts for my order are on back order?????????? Asked to speak to someone not reading off a script...on hold for 1/2 hour phone hangs up.
Check the status of my original order (that I cancelled)and it gives me the 1/1/0001 number. Call to inquire about the number and my original order number status, I get the it will ship on 10/06 answer. Young lady re submits order (thinking this help) and says ship date 10/30. Thank her and hang up!!!
Just for SH*ts and giggles I check my orignal number and it says shipped today with an Airborne Tracking number
:crooked: Airborne number is not in systems yet (not to worried about that)
How can this happen with such a large company like Dell??
