Nah, I don't really do that. When I edit, it's primarily to correct spelling, grammar, or to reword something that I think might appear too harsh in the end run. On the rare occasions I've had to go back and add or delete a thought (which is very rare-- I think I've done so twice) I've always left a post indicating I did so).
