I'm not seeing them on my CF card either.
I installed PocketNester on my CF card and then put roms in the same dir but they don't show up even when all folders are selected. If I put them in a folder under my docs on the axim, they show up fine and work. Any ideas as I think I have one other program that doesn't show the CF card when all folders are selected.
