Update to my 2003 CD order...

Just called Dell this morning. They can't explain why the order was stuck with no action or updates. But the rep. reordered one with 2-day shipping. He first said the charge was $12.xx but when I pressed on (should be $5.xx shipping only for Dell's 30-day system upgrade program) he said no charge. Very strange and all these without any explanations. I'll wait and see what happened. There are still a lot to be desired from Dell's India outsourced service support.
