I ordered the upgrade in July, and when I found out that it wouldn't work well, I cancelled the order. On Sept. 09, Dell wrote me an email asking if I wanted the order. I told them they could keep it, I wasn't interested anymore, and attached the previous email that I sent telling them to cancel it. Today (Sept. 22), I received the upgrade and checked my credit card. The bast**** charged my card on the 20th and I will not receive credit until I ship it back and they receive it. I was thinking of keeping it, but after that kind of treatment, they can kiss my a**.
