so basically, when u pay $90 for Mapopolis, u are basically paying for access to download any map on that website for a year?
and if u dont want to pay $90 for that year, u can just go and buy individual map packets or individual maps?
or do u pay $90 anyways, then u have to pay an additional fee for map packets or individual maps?
