90 bucks give you access to all the US maps, if you only want to download and use OR maps because thats where you live then thats fine. Later if you need CA maps you can go back and download them to use. Or you can just pay a smaller fee to get just the OR maps, if you dont plan on traveling anywhere this might be the way to go. I dont have mapopolis but some of their maps dont have routing or voice prompts so if you want a GPS navigation system you need the navigator series i believe. Now you are probably more confused lol
