I guess it all depends on your use. For games I'm sure an extra 20% speed boost (400mhz to 500mhz) would be nice (if it really did help), but you'd lose some battery life. I'm not so sure any of this really helps that much. Real work speed increase is probably much lower and most likely at the cost of stability.
