I brought my cradle and WM2003 cd to the office to do the upgrade there (why waste my own personal time :) ) and it would hang at the caution box reminding you to make sure the AC power was plugged in (or some such verbiage). The 'Continue' button was grayed out and all I could do was cancel. I tried it a couple of times until I realized that they just might have done a good job and made sure you couldn't do the upgrade unless the Axim had AC power (of course I forgot the power ord at home!).

Once I got home and tried it with power to the cradle it worked fine!
