Call them up and threaten to cancel your order, you would be surprised how fast it gets to you then :-). I had to do this a couple of weeks ago when they where on sale for 15% off. I only orderd it with standard shipping but when I placed the order it give about a 1 week time before I should recieve it. Well next thing I know I get an email from them the next day of placing the order stating there was an unexpected delay with my order. I called them up the 1st time asking why it was being held up and just got the run around and ended hanging up with no answers. I thought about it over night and it really started to grate me even more... So I called back the following day and demanded answers (yes I'm impatiant but I was needing it for school or so I told my wife hehe). They still could not say why it was being delayed if it was one item that was backorderd or what... So I just told them I'll cancel the order and go to BestBuy and buy a Sony if if I wasnt going to get it sooner and their new est time of shipping was the beginning of Oct!!!!! I told her if an item was holding up the whole order to cancel that item and ship it now. She said she would send me an Email as soon as something was found out about my order. Well I checked my order status the next day and guess what? yep it was in shipping being packaged up. :-)

I Love my new Axim and no I wouldnt of canceled the order ( I may of been pissed but not stupid hehe) and gone to BB.... But the threat of it was good enough for Dell ;-)

FYI I orderd the following with it maybe it has something in common with your order:

Dell Axim X5 400 Mhz PC2003
Dell screen protectors
Usb cradle and mobile usb sycn cord
one extra battery
one leather Zipper carrry case
Dell's thumb keyboard (tempted to send back)

So give them a call and see what they can do for you.
