The 'Continue' button was grayed out and all I could do was cancel. I tried it a couple of times until I realized that they just might have done a good job and made sure you couldn't do the upgrade unless the Axim had AC power (of course I forgot the power ord at home!).
Once I got home and tried it with power to the cradle it worked fine!
