Hmm synchronization error

question... I have had my Axim for a few months and it's been syncing fine... last week it stopped. I get a error message about "out of date appointments" I downloaded the newest version of Active Sync 3.7 and I still get the error message and it prevents me from syncing... help? I don't Any suggestions would be appreciated.
