Mobility Site - View Single Post - Couple questions and is the upgrade still free?

First off, I originally ordered in the time frame where we were supposed to get the free upgrade. Is it too late for me to get in on it?

Also:

1. Is handwriting recognition improved?
2. Was Pocket Outlook updated? I really need SSL support.
