Mobility Site - View Single Post - Wisbar, ICBar, or Dell Switcher...and why?

Which program do you use to switch between / end running programs? Is there another one that I should take a look at? I'd really like a utility that makes the X button actually close the program instead of having to open the switcher menu. What do you guys/gals like, and why?
