i called HP about a problem with a rebate yesterday, and the documentation i followed sent me to thr wrong place.
the guy who was supposed to do wifi actually ended up trying to help me for a rebate.. after about 20 minutes and a little progress he found me the correct number and told me to call them since only they could help me.
but he tried.. i didnt have to bounce around a phone network like dell made me do.
i wish dell did this, i like their computers more.....
