I bought and downloaded PocketEQ from handango.com.

It installed fine, until I got to the bit where you need to put in the registration key. When I enter the registratin key that Handango gave me the screen just flicks and pops right back to the "enter registration key" page.

Has anyone else had similar problems? and how did you get over it?

I have tried emailing Handango, but so far they aren't responding - and its way passed the 48 hours they promise to respond in! not even an automatic response. What is their customer service usually like?
