I wasn't sure which forum to post this under, and I don't know what else to try.

My X5 does not stay connected via Activesync 3.7 for very long to my desktop. I've perfomed a hard reset, but it didn't seem to make any difference.

I've also gone back to try Activesync 3.6 and 3.5, but still, no difference.

Why can't I keep a connection with activesync?
