the easiest way to go about this is to use Windows Media Encoder ver.9. unfortunately, you can only use this with WIN XP or 2000. There's a setting built in to convert most audio/video files to a Pocket PC. I would suggest using a CF/SD card reader ie:Sandisk to quickly copy over your files to your memory card.
