I upgraded not too long ago, I would not go back! WM2k3 is great! Apps run much faster and the network settings alone make this upgrade worth it.

At first I had an issue with my Linksys WiFi card, however, they have since released beta drivers which work as good as the orignal. - I would upgrade!
