I've heard of random problems with the Dell Backup Utility. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, and sometimes it works halfway. However, I haven't heard of any problems with Pocket Backup Plus. I prefer to not take chances. Plus, I like how it tells me how long it has been since I backed up. That way I don't have to worry about forgetting. LOL :)
