I stiill have the same problem though i have the latest Active sync and Dell USB driver and the latest BIOS and the latest mouseware from logitech but still i loose the connection now and then... no so often now though... But i only need to uninstall the mouse usb driver and "scan for hardware changes" and the problem is solved for teh moment... i heard that Dell is coming out with a ROM update to the Axim that can solve the problem... Im just waiting.....

I am the original poster of this thread and guess what? I have an MX700 mouse as well! And I still periodically loose connection as well even after the Active Sync update! So I guess I will have to wait for the ROM update as well. However, it does not loose connection as much as it use to after I updated active sync.
