Just call Dell and tell them the screen doesnt respond to taps anymore. I could just be a coincidence that your digitizer went out after you windex-ed the screen and you thought you killed it. Dont tell them what you did and dont post on Dell | Talk about it. They ussually dont ask too many questions about exchanges but it's better to watch your back.

Dell doesn't really care about ONE unit. Afterall, they're the deeper pocket...don't be afraid to call for a replacement.
