Do a hard reset and you should get it back, as it is in ROM.
(at least I hope you'd get it back). A hard reset should set everything back to the way the system arrived from the factory.
Also, the WMP loaded on the Ax is WMP8.5. You do not need to upgrade it...it's the latest edition. :)
