The only difference you will see is the Start Menu will have an up/down scroll arrow and the Menu will no longer be transparent (it will have a white background).

You're right, but this only occurs when some apps automatically add their icon to the startup list. The OS will only allow you to select 9 icons. If you have 11 due to loading apps and you uncheck one, the OS will not let you recheck the item because you'll be at/over 9 icons. :rolling: Goofy, huh?
