I exchanged the Targus-CF pocket modem today at BestBuy, and tried the new one. Still no luck, so I can hazard a guess its not the modem (sorry, BestBuy!). I'm going to contact Earthlink and try to figure out if I'm doing something wrong there. Can anyone tell me what kind of message I should see when I do successfully connect? Is there an Icon I'll see or anything like that? Thanks for any help!
