I found this on the Dell site:
All,
We do not have restocking fees. When you return a product within the first 30 days, you will not be charged a restocking fee. The only thing you may be responsibile for is the original shipping you paid when we shipped the order to you and the cost of shipping the product back to Dell.
(This is for Dell US orders. For orders placed outside of the US, you'll want to contact your customer care group for information)
