You have to buy a domain name. Here are a couple of options,

1) - Buy a domain name for $25 (1 year) from http://www.doteasy.com and they host for free!

2) - If you have broadband, get a free subdomain from http://www.dyndns.org ie: yourname.dyndns.org. This way you have to host your own but it's completly free.
