dunno if it's of any help, but here's my story:
I'm currently spending some time in a non-english speaking country, and I wanted an english Axim...
I was pissed off...
then I phoned the local 800-Axim explaining my needs... amazing to behold, a gentle lady simply said: which language do You want it ?
and everything was happily sorted...
probably I got lucky...
