Make certain you enable DHCP on the Dlink to have it assign an IP of 192.168.x.y for your Belkin. That card should be configured to automatically obtain IP and DNS. You can use the Belkin utility (or download vxIPConfig at handango or pocketgear) to verify that a valid IP, gateway, and DHCP server were assigned. You may have to soft reset or reinsert the card for this to happen.
