Ok i use windows encoder to stream my songs to my ppc, or I use Pocket MVp (free media player) and it plays valid .pls (shoutcast streams) go to
http://www.shoutcast.com and scroll down and find a station. I used to dj for one of the stations. Click one (assuming ur on ur ppc, if not you will be listening on ur desktop) and it will ask you to download, its not a big file like 5 kbs, this is the playlist, then go to pocket mvp and open the file, walaah free radio anywhere your heart desires to go, well anywhere ur wlan lets you roam :)
