Good luck to all, it only took four months to the day, from June 23 till Oct. 23 to get my upgrade CD. What a comedy of errors. Dell customer service is also a joke. Just a quick example, it took seven e-mail to get them to understand that the ship to address was my work address. I could go on and on but for the height of inepiness, Dell keeps on sending me customer service serveys that end up at one of there dead links. VERY VERY NICE WORK
