NYDITOT had some Dell Axim compatibility problems with an older release, which is where some of the negative posts come from. That's long been fixed, though.
I'm running NYDITOT on my Dell Axim X5 Advanced with good results. I don't use it all the time because it's noticably slower running in alternative modes. I don't think this is unique to NYDITOT, since the video has to be filtered through a software driver.
